Propuesta de un modelo de sistema de gestión de la seguridad de la información en una pyme basado en la norma ISO/IEC 27001

This Project “Implementation Proposal of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) in an SME, based on the ISO 27001 standard” propose an implementation model of a Information Security Management System (ISMS) in a SME, in order to obtain the ISO 27001 certification in a simple way, at low cost and reducing implementation periods. For the development of this project, the project team make an exhaustive analysis of the ISO/IEC 27000 family of standards, in order to identify the minimum needed requirements for the implementation of an ISMS in a SME. Based on the analyzed, the project team design an ISMS model that allows their subsequent implementation in a SME. In addition, the project team develop the implementation procedure of the model, which allow an SME to implement the model by their own hands. Finally, the application of the proposed model is performed, following the established methodology, in an SME, to proof their viability and provide an implementation example for future project stakeholders. The long-term goal of this Project is to facilitate the implementation of an ISMS for SMEs on their own, to distinguish itself from competition or some other interest.

Propuesta de mejora en la metodología para la gestión de servicios TI en Intercorp

El presente proyecto propone el estudio de la arquitectura empresarial actual (AS-IS) y futuro (TO-BE) del proceso de servicios compartidos del grupo Intercorp. También se estudia la gestión de servicios de tecnologís de la información (TI) a realizar dentro de dicho proceso de servicios compartidos y la identificación de dos nuevos servicios que permitirán la aplicación de ITIL como modelo o estándar de referencia. Una vez identificados los servicios, se analizará el ciclo de vida de ambos como proceso y se estudiará y propondrá el uso de una metodología predictiva o ágil y su integración con ITIL. El objetivo principal se centra en proponer mejoras en el proceso de servicios compartidos, mediante el uso de buenas prácticas e indicadores de gestión, usando el enfoque de arquitectura empresarial en base al modelo de TOGAF, gestionando los servicios TI mediante ITIL y generando el ciclo de vida de los procesos sobre la base de la norma ISO_IEC_12207, permitiendo que la gerencia de Servicios Compartidos pueda soportar y gestionar eficientemente los proyectos de la empresa para generar mayor valor a la corporación y así mantenerla alineada en mayor medida a sus objetivos estratégicos.

Desarrollo de un sistema inteligente de control de carga orientado a mejorar la disponibilidad y la confiabilidad de un sistema de distribución eléctrica

The thesis presents a solution to improve the availability and reliability of a part of the electrical distribution system in Huancayo city that belongs to the electrical company Electrocentro reducing the times of power outage of the affected areas by restoring and reconfiguring of power feeders proposing development of an intelligent load control system. The first chapter presents the current situation of electrical distribution companies regarding the quality of service that they provide and the proposed solution. The second chapter mentions the concepts related to electricity and electronics involving electrical distribution systems. In the third chapter, explains the software and hardware solution in order to improve SAIDI and SAIFI indices, indicators of the quality of electrical service to the users. In the fourth chapter, the experimental and theoretical results of the proposed solution are shown. Finally, in the fifth chapter the recommendations and conclusions of the thesis.

Sistema experto de soporte en el planeamiento estratégico militar

In this project, the construction of a knowledge based system that provides support in the military strategic planning is proposed. For this, Software stores a battle scenario and analyzes it; considering variables such as climate, terrain, enemy troops and allied troops; to determine the most appropriate military maneuver. In the validation phase of the system, 56 scenarios were evaluated to calculate its reliability, which consists of a set of indicators to measure different aspects of the knowledge based system. One of the most important is the index of agreement, which represents the proportion of cases where the result of the system coincided with the specialist. For this case, 96% agreement was obtained, exceeding the target set at the beginning of the project.

Diseño e implementación de un prototipo de un sistema de procesamiento de señal electrooculográfica orientado a controlar - mediante el guiño - el entorno de mensajería instantánea Telegram para usuarios con limitaciones motoras en miembros superiores

El presente proyecto se basa en el diseño e implementación de un prototipo e interfaz hombre-máquina que permite, a las personas con discapacidad de miembros superiores, utilizar Entornos de Mensajería Instantánea (EMI) como Telegram, mediante el uso de los músculos oculares. En ese sentido, se desarrolló hardware y software adecuado para la adquisición y procesamiento de señales electrooculográficas, originadas por el movimiento ocular de las personas. Asimismo se implementó un teclado virtual que permite, a los usuarios, seleccionar, mediante guiños, los botones que deseen para construir mensajes que, luego, son transmitidos por el EMI empleado. Para su correcto entendimiento, este informe se divide en cinco capítulos. En el primer capítulo se presenta la problemática y justificación del desarrollo del proyecto. El segundo, trata los conceptos y teorías utilizadas. En el tercero y cuarto, se explican las características del diseño e implementación de la etapa de hardware y software, respectivamente. Finalmente, en el último capítulo se muestran los resultados obtenidos, y sus validaciones. Al finalizar el proyecto se concluyó que este prototipo puede ser adaptado a las personas con limitaciones motoras en miembros superiores, con el fin de hacerlas partícipes de las diversas aplicaciones de comunicación a distancia desarrolladas en la actualidad.
